After a year of unprecedented turbulence, the EU is again on the verge of losing trust amongst its citizens as we weather a recession and challenging economic circumstances.
Join us on 16 March for the annual Edelman Trust Summit panel debate, this year we will focus on "Trust in the EU". Our General Manager, Gurpreet Brar, will lead the conversation on the findings of the 21st annual Edelman Trust Barometer, a year-on-year vigorous analysis of trust across businesses, media, governments, and NGOs conducted in 27 markets globally.
Our Trust Barometer shows similar concerns to those which arose after the financial crisis, such as inequality between expectations and disinformation bubbles being on the rise. And so with this backdrop how does the European Union ensure citizens across Europe continue to have confidence in the future of the Union.
