Celine Van den Rul

Céline Van Den Rul

Céline is part of EMEA’s Predictive Intelligence Team at Edelman Data & Intelligence (DXI) and supports the Brussels office with research, digital analytics and data-driven strategies for public affairs. Having joined Edelman in October 2019, Céline is passionate about bringing digital and AI solutions to the world of public affairs, she has a data driven mentality and expertise using analytics and programming tools.

In her day-to-day work, she specializes in stakeholder mappings, audience analysis, issue and topic mappings. Before joining Edelman, Céline worked for a Brussels-based public policy consultancy, conducting studies for the European Commission. She gained further experience in public relations and communications advising clients on their media relations and digital strategies.

She also interned for the Delegation of the European Union to the United Nations in New York. She holds a Bachelors Degree in European Studies from King’s College London and a Masters in Public Policy from the Hertie School of Governance in Berlin. Originally from Brussels, Céline has previously lived and worked in Germany, the UK and the US. A French native speaker, she is also fluent in English and German.
