Susan joined the Edelman Brussels office in March, 2018.
She has a hands-on mentality and is resilient on achieving the best result possible for her clients. Susan is part of the PR team, where she provides Belgian and international PR and communication clients with advice on influencer and media relations. Currently she works for a range of clients in different sectors, amongst others Athora, BT, HP, Hologic, Shell and WW.
Her expertise lays in influencer campaigns, media training, media relations, positioning a company and its leadership team in the media and overall communications support.
She has previous experience within a PR agency in Amsterdam, where she mainly focused on online communications, SEO, influencer marketing and media relations.
Susan earned her MA Political Communication at the University of Antwerp. Before that she studied Communication at the University of applied sciences Arnhem and Nijmegen, where she also spent a semester in Curacao.
Susan is originally from Nijmegen, in The Netherlands. Fluent in Dutch and English and has an intermediate level of French and German.
