Sebastian advises clients from the health sector on EU and international policy developments and supports them on government relations and their communication campaigns. Previously, he worked in L'Oréal’s European Public Affairs office based in Brussels where he monitored health and environment policy developments for the office, conducted research, drafted briefing notes on topics high on the political agenda for the cosmetic industry and followed plenary sessions of the European Parliament.
Previously, Sebastian worked for Edelman where he gained first-hand experience with public affairs and communication activities and contributed to developing the Edge, a global marketing tool used to examine a market’s campaigning environment.
He holds a master’s degree in Public Policy from the University of Bristol. Sebastian’s working languages are French and English.
